Pay-As-You-Go Service

Yuvphone operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You only pay for what you use, and unused credits remain in your account wallet. This policy applies to customers worldwide.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first credit purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial transaction, we will refund your remaining unused wallet balance in full, without applying the standard minimum threshold. Please note that this guarantee is subject to our eligibility criteria; used credits and purchased phone numbers are non-refundable. To be considered for this refund, you must contact support within 14 days of your first purchase.

Refund Eligibility

✓ Refundable Items:

  • Unused credits - Credits remaining in your account wallet that have not been consumed
  • Service errors - Charges resulting from technical errors on our end

✗ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used credits - Any credits consumed for calls, SMS, or other services
  • Purchased phone numbers - All phone numbers, whether used or unused, are non-refundable due to carrier provisioning costs
  • Monthly rental fees - Phone number rental fees for the period already used
  • Activation fees - One-time setup or activation charges
  • Promotional credits - Bonus or promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Number porting fees - Fees for porting numbers from other carriers

How Refunds Are Calculated

When you request a refund, we calculate the refundable amount as follows:

Refund Amount = Total Paid - Used Credits - Phone Number Costs - Fees

Example: If you purchased $100 worth of credits and qualify for a refund on your unused balance of $50, the final refunded amount will be $50 minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees and transaction costs incurred by us.

  2. Calculate unused credits remaining in your wallet
  3. Deduct any used credits, purchased phone numbers, and applicable fees
  4. Process the refund to your original payment method

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address, transaction ID, and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

  • Review Time: 2-3 business days
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank/Card Credit Time: Additional 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution

Total estimated time: 10-20 business days from request to receiving funds

Note: International transactions may take longer depending on your country and payment method.

Minimum Refund Amount

To process a refund, the refundable amount must meet the following minimum thresholds:

  • USD: $10 minimum
  • EUR: €10 minimum
  • GBP: £10 minimum
  • Other currencies: Equivalent to $10 USD

Balances below the minimum threshold will remain as account credit for future use. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Account Cancellation

You can cancel your Yuvphone account at any time:

  • Immediate Effect: Account deactivation takes effect immediately upon request
  • Credit Retention: Unused credits remain in your account for 90 days, allowing you to reactivate if needed
  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund of unused credits (subject to minimum amount) within 90 days of cancellation
  • Data Deletion: After 90 days of inactivity, all account data and unused credits are permanently deleted
  • Phone Numbers: Purchased phone numbers will be released and cannot be recovered after cancellation

Auto-Recharge & Subscriptions

If you enable the auto-recharge feature (where your account is automatically replenished when your balance falls below a certain threshold), the following rules apply:

  • Non-Refundable: Auto-recharge transactions are non-refundable once processed.
  • User Control: You are fully responsible for managing, enabling, or disabling the auto-recharge feature from your account dashboard.
  • Disputes: Disputes regarding accurate auto-recharge transactions will not be eligible for a cash refund. Please ensure you turn off the feature if it is no longer needed.

Service Interruption & SLA

As a VoIP service relying on third-party carriers and internet connections, occasional service interruptions may occur:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds to your original payment method for service outages, dropped calls, or temporary unavailability.
  • Promotional Credits: If you experience significant downtime due to a fault on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, issue promotional account credits as compensation.
  • Sole Remedy: Account credits constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for any service interruptions.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Fraudulent Activity: Accounts involved in fraud, spam, or illegal activities forfeit all refund rights
  • Terms Violation: Users who violate our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and loss of all services
  • Promotional Credits: Bonus, referral, or promotional credits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Repeated Refunds: We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests from accounts with a pattern of excessive refund requests

Currency & Payment Methods

Refunds are processed in the original currency and payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (3-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (2-5 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to original bank account (5-10 business days)
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded to the original wallet address at current exchange rate

Note: Currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable. Refunds are processed at the exchange rate at the time of refund, not the original purchase rate.

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our fair use policy. This includes but is not limited to: repeated refund requests, excessive usage followed by refund requests, attempts to exploit our refund policy, or any pattern of behavior suggesting refund abuse.

In cases where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than this policy, those local laws will take precedence.
