3. Call Credits and Billing

Calls are charged based on our published rates. Credits must be purchased in advance to make calls. We reserve the right to modify our rates with notice. While unused credits are generally non-refundable, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases as detailed in our Refund Policy.

4. Call Quality and Availability

While we strive to provide high-quality voice service, call quality depends on various factors including internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions or call quality issues beyond our control.

5. Privacy and Call Data

6. Emergency Calls

Our service is not a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be used for emergency calls. We cannot guarantee reliable access to emergency services. Please use a traditional phone line for emergency calls.
