1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and YUVRAJ PRATAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (an MSME Udyam-registered software development enterprise in India, operating the SaaS calling platform "YuvPhone", referred to herein as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using YuvPhone, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services and create an account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our service allows you to make voice calls worldwide. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for:

Spam calls, robocalls, or automated dialing
Telemarketing abuse or unsolicited commercial communications
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Fraud, phishing, or social engineering scams
Caller ID spoofing or impersonating another person or entity
Any activity that violates applicable telecommunications laws

3. Call Credits and Billing

Calls are charged based on our published rates. Credits must be purchased in advance to make calls. We reserve the right to modify our rates with notice. Updated rates apply only to future calls.

Wallet Expiry: Your purchased credits will never expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. While unused credits are generally non-refundable, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases as detailed in our Refund Policy.

4. Call Quality & Third-Party Infrastructure

While we strive to provide high-quality voice service, call quality depends on various factors including your internet connection. Voice calls are delivered using trusted third-party communication infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions or call quality issues beyond our control.

5. Emergency Calls

Our service is not a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be used for emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112). We cannot guarantee reliable access to emergency services. Please use a traditional phone line or mobile carrier for emergency calls.

6. Payment Processing

YuvPhone uses third-party payment processors to securely handle all transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

Payment currency is displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with YuvPhone, including but not limited to the name, logo, website design, and calling interface, are the exclusive property of YUVRAJ PRATAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUVRAJ PRATAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or fail to comply with applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Export Controls and Sanctions

Users must comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo, and you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of YuvPhone shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
